For injuries caused in a transport accident, a TAC claim is made. The TAC is a 'no-fault' insurance programme run by the Victorian government. This means that regardless of who was at blame, if you are hurt in a transport accident in Victoria, you are qualified to file a TAC claim to help pay for the costs of your care and support.
